My family used this practice around the dinner table, and it wasn’t long before my kids couldn't wait to sit down and tell us what they were the most excited about since the night before. My daughter and partner, Kelley, and I still continue this practice every day.

It allows you to shift focus from the negatives in the past and opens your eyes to the progress you’ve made in even the smallest achievements.
