  2. Prioritizing and Delegating: Streamlining Tasks Evaluate your tasks—is each one the right thing for you to do to reach your goal? Delegate or automate tasks that aren't essential, or eliminate them altogether.
  3. Breaking the Cycle of Overwork: Avoid spinning plates with hundreds of tasks. Create specific blocks of time to work on your business, automate, or put processes in place to regain control of your day and life.
