He recognized the significance of communication early on and the importance of being able to communicate clearly and effectively in front of a crowd. Regardless of your profession, the ability to express your thoughts and ideas with clarity is paramount. Jerry’s father instilled the importance of honesty and integrity, saying it's not something you merely "do"; it's something you live. Half-hearted honesty isn't enough.
